If many are amused by the popularity of the Shiba Inu, let’s not forget that some owe him the birth of a fortune. It must be said that a real craze surrounds this canine cryptocurrency although its applications are not based on concrete like other projects. Among those questioned, 5%, 3% and 2% respectively know the cryptocurrencies mentioned above. And unsurprisingly, 7% of millennials have heard of Shiba Inu (compared to 1% for baby boomers).

Be careful, however: the Shiba Inu does not exceed other cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin retains the top spot with 38% popularity. Next are Ethereum, Binance Coin and Dogecoin. Even Bitcoin does not appear!

That dog money has made a place for itself is not surprising. For months, Elon Musk kept shining the spotlight on Dogecoin. Not to mention its growing number of online followers. It remains to be seen where the market will go in 2022.
