Ingredients for all variants:

Danish sandwich 1 – recipe

  • cream cheese for sandwiches
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 200 g smoked salmon

Spread the bread with butter and then cheese, grate the beetroot, season with salt and pepper and arrange on the sandwiches, put the salmon on top and decorate with plenty of dill.

Danish sandwich 1 – recipe

  • Mayonnaise
  • pickled radishes
  • fresh cucumber
  • 1 can of sardines
  • chives
  1. 1Spread the bread with butter and then with mayonnaise. Cut radishes and cucumber into slices, incise so that the slices can be twisted.
  2. 2Arrange such slices densely on sandwiches. Arrange the sardines on top and sprinkle with chives.

Danish sandwich 3 – recipe

  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • pickled cucumber
  • 200 g of herring in oil
  • parsley
  1. 1Cut the onion into rings. Pour in vinegar, water and sugar. Mix and leave for 10 minutes to marinate.
  2. 2Spread bread with butter, mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped egg.
  3. 3Arrange herrings rolled into rolls (herrings can be cut lengthwise in half beforehand).
  4. 4Put slices of pickled cucumber in the free spaces. Garnish everything with a sprig of parsley.
