Cream of parsley and apples, croquettes with spiced chicken – step by step recipe

  • 6 parsley roots
  • 4 gray rennet apples

  1. 1Dice apples and parsley and fry in clarified butter, while watering with apple juice. Once they’re almost soft, blend them into a puree.
  2. 2Add cream and mascarpone to the puree. We can add a little bit of chicken broth. Bring to a boil, it is important that the consistency is similar to thick cream. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives before serving.
  3. 3Season fillets and legs with pepper, salt, hot pepper and fry in a pan until golden brown with onion cut in half, bake in the oven, adding bacon, 10 minutes at 200 degrees C.
  4. 4Grind the meat in a mincer, add parsley to the meat and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5Combine water and milk, add eggs, a pinch of salt. Mix and combine with flour. At the end, add dill. Fry pancakes in a frying pan, put a portion of stuffing on each, roll up classic croquettes.
  6. 6Mix the cookies, combine with breadcrumbs, salt. Dip croquettes in egg, spice mixture and fry in butter until golden. We serve it with our soup.

Tangerines with spiced corals, cream and sour cream – step by step recipe

  • 500 g of flour
  • 400 g cane sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 seedless tangerines
  • 250 ml of rapeseed oil
  • baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Ingredients for the first cream:

  • 5 seedless tangerines
  • lemon juice
  • lemon and tangerine peel
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 5 yolks
  • 60 g of butter

Ingredients for the second cream:

  • 500ml cream 36%
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 1 pack “Chocolate Root Cookies”
  1. 1Peel the tangerines and blend them into puree. Add the yolks to the blended tangerines. We mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and fold gently into the tangerines and yolks. Then we add the oil. Add flour mixed with salt and baking powder to the wet part. Mix and transfer to the cake pan. Baking time is about 40 minutes, temp. 180 degrees C.
  2. 2Peeled tangerines are mixed and combined with lemon juice and lemon and tangerine peels. It is worth rubbing everything through a sieve to make the cream more velvety. Boil with sugar and add yolks. And that’s the best way to mix the yolks and pour over the batches of cooked fruit. Put it back on the stove and bring it to a boil, let it cool down.
  3. 3Beat the cream and mascarpone until stiff cream, adding vanilla sugar at the end.
  4. 4Mix with half of the spices. Leave the other half for decoration.
  5. 5Cut the cooled cake into 2 pancakes, on the first pancake lightly sprinkled with sugar syrup, put the cream mass with okulki, then a portion of mandarin-lemon cream. Cover with the second sheet. Drizzle with sugar syrup.
  6. 6Smear the top with the remaining creams, lay out the tangerines, sprinkle the balls and decorate with tangerine leaves, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with lemon zest.

Layered heart pudding in chocolate with blackberry jam – step by step recipe

  • 3 pack “Gingerbread duet hearts in chocolate”
  • 500 g of frozen blackberry
  • 50 g cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • yolk
  • 70 g cane sugar
  • 100 g of corn starch
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 300 ml cream 36%
  1. 1Throw the blackberries (save a few for decoration) into the pan, add sugar, gently pour water and bring to a boil, then mix.
  2. 2Combine the eggs with the yolk, corn starch, add 100 ml of milk.
  3. 3Boil the remaining milk with cream, sugar and add the eggs mixed with starch to the boiling water. Bring to a boil, being careful not to burn it.
  4. 4Cut the gingerbreads lengthwise into halves.
  5. 5Line the glass dish with cut gingerbread cookies, chocolate, sprinkle the center with the other halves cut into smaller pieces.
  6. 6Pour portions of jam, pudding on it and pour another portion of sliced ​​gingerbread.
  7. 7Pour the jam and pudding again. Finally, we cover the top with gingerbread cookies with chocolate.
