At the press conference held after the Council, Minister Delegate for Relations with the Parliament, Government Spokesperson Mustafa Baitas, pointed to the health insurance plan for people who cannot pay premiums.

The Draft Bill aims to determine the threshold for benefiting from this mechanism in accordance with the provisions of Article 116 of the Law No. 65.00, which was amended and added by the Law No. 27.22, and the provisions of the Law No. 72.18 on the targeting system. Mr. Baitas noted the importance of outreach programs and the creation of the National Registration Agency.

This project also aims to identify the list of those who are unable to pay their membership fees to qualify for the basic AMO allocated to this category, based on a calculation formula developed for this purpose, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. .
